Mission 6: Andy's Time

Lash has given Flak a giant cannon to nuke Andy's army with. Anyway, I thought beating a lab mission (actually, this is not the lab mission) would get me neotanks, but I didn't see them in the factory list. Maybe I didn't do the right mission for it or I did something else wrong. The remake has really changed more things around, besides no long needing to capture certain cities to unlock lab missions. Tell me in the comments what I need to do to unlock neotanks this time.
