More facts about the war in Ukraine, which could have ended in April 2023

The US and Canada wouldn't like a Chinese or a Russian military base on their borders, just like Russia doesn't like US/NATO military bases on its borders. A peace deal was almost concluded in April 2022, between Russia and Ukraine, and between Putin and Zelensky personally, according to which, Russia would withdraw to it's positions from before it actually attacked Ukraine (but rebel held positions in Donbass would remain in rebel or Russian hands) in February 2022, in return for Ukrainian guaranteeing that it wouldn't join NATO. But... Britain's Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, vetoed it. This shows who actually rules Ukraine. Moreover, recently, after Johnson supposedly "left office", he held a meeting with the super rich war mongering chief Rabbi of Ukraine, Assman (not with Zelensky, who is supposedly the one who makes such decisions), and forbade him from holding any peace talks with Russia. Of course, even in Israel, the chief Rabbies have no authority to decide to end or not to end a war. And again, the common hard working citizens suffer, so that the super rich become richer.
