Evidence Lewisham council are lying about their handling of 'noise nuisance' cases.

Lewisham Council have just issued a statement saying I was banned from playing instruments as a last resort because I refused to engage.
This video shows fairly clearly that this is completely untrue.

I was recently served a noise abatement notice by Lewisham Council that prevents me from playing any instruments at any time of day.

Made a video (as I recorded the process) so people can see the lack of cohesion, consistency or any solid legislation on the subject of of noise nuisance.

Noise Nuisance legislation is an utter shambles.

- From being told that my noise levels were nothing to worry about and that my neighbours couldn't even hear me if they closed their door.
-To being told that action could be taken against any sound thats audible regardless of volume or time of day.
