SO WHAT DEFINES BEING A "BIG KID." THIS IS A QUESTION I GET ALL THE TIME. I'M GOING TO ANSWER THAT QUESTION FOR YOU RIGHT NOW.
I want to take you back to the days when life was simple. The days where your ONLY REAL responsibility was doing what your parent or legal guardian demanded of you. If they said to go to school or eat. You'd do just that.
Those were the days...
No bills to pay, no obligations, no nothing.
ONLY GROWING. LEARNING. DREAMING.
Those were the days were anything seemed POSSIBLE.
Do you remember what you wanted to be when you grew up? What your dreams and aspirations were as a kid?
Maybe you remember that feeling... The burning desire to do something great. AND MAYBE you still have it.
But, guess what?
YOU GREW UP.
Now SOCIETY will say to be REALISTIC about your goals and aspirations.
TO BE ONE WITH SOCIAL NORMS.
This is coming from people who GAVE UP on dreams. Who DECIDED they can't be the next STEVE JOBS or NELSON MANDELA.
and guess what?
THEY'RE RIGHT.
let me explain.
This is due to the fact, that you can ONLY be the next YOU.
You can't be anyone else.
All those people that did in FACT, make a MARK in HISTORY; started SOMEWHERE.
It didn't just MAGICALLY HAPPEN.
AND
I'm quite POSITIVE it wasn't EASY either.
But guess what?
If they did it, SO CAN YOU. You're still here, aren't you? Still living and breathing right?
You got time on your side. But don't take it for granted. Time will move forward regardless if you like it or not. Don't PROCRASTINATE your life.
The OPPORTUNITY to make YOUR mark in HISTORY is possible!
So what's a BIG KID you ask?
ANYONE who has the courage to follow their heart and intuition.
Ultimately, never letting that desire to live the life you want to live fade away with time.
