Alright, lets see ya try to steal THIS water tank! Heh heh. Well, ok, tank theft is just one reason for making it with concrete. It's also better for the water in terms of being drinkable, and keeps the water cooler than a plastic tank. ...plus it'll last about a bajillion years. ...and looks sooooo super duper.
