BIG Yellowfin Tuna "AMAZING FILLETS"

Watch me carve up a BIG Yellowfin Tuna. My buddy Glen Thurston speared this beast of a Yellowfin Tuna off the NSW South Coast and invited me to carve it up with him.

I jumped at the chance to fillet this 70kg fish and enjoy the buzz of Glen's awesome catch.

Yellowfin Tuna is such a great eating fish! You can cut it into steaks, smoke some medallions, or serve it as Sushi with soy and wasabi. Yum!
