Is Philosophy useful? ...like, really????

Hopefully this covers several of the questions I've received about philosophy, Adventure Builder philosophy, and a few other things.
In a nutshell I'm sharing what I periodically do to keep myself and my life going in the direction I want.
I should also mention that my philosophy and direction in life isn't up for discussion. It's normally something I'd do privately in my own head. I wanted to share it for anyone who can benefit from seeing this kind of example, and particularly for my kids to one day see in the event that I'm unable to share it with them in the future.
I am happy to discuss philosophy or my philosophy in general... just not entertaining anyone who wants to "fix" mine for me.
