What is a Woman? (¿Qué es una mujer?) es una producción de la empresa de medios The Daily Wire. Además, durante unas horas se convirtió en una papa caliente en las manos de Elon Musk.

El jueves los fundadores de la empresa, Jeremy Boreing y Ben Shapiro criticaron a Twitter por haber colocado al documental la etiqueta de hateful content, es decir: contenido ofensivo. Tras haber subido la cinta completa a la red social, esta fue etiquetada como ofensiva y su alcance se vio limitado de manera drástica.

Según Boering fue al querer invertir dinero para promover el tuit con la película completa cuando se dio cuenta de que había sido etiquetada, pues la plataforma le pedía que hiciera algunas modificaciones al contenido para poder garantizar su promoción.

El documental, dirigido por Justin Folk y estrenado a finales del año pasado, intenta responder a la pregunta "¿qué es una mujer?" al tiempo que cuestiona la ideología de género que separa por completo la identidad sexual de la biología. La cinta pone en duda la idea de que el género es una construcción social y aboga por el binarismo.

Desde su estreno el documental ha generado polémica y así como tiene a muchos detractores, hay quien defiende y se identifica con su postura.

La reacción de Elon Musk
Luego de que la película fuera etiquetada como contenido ofensivo en Twitter, la polémica se encendió de nuevo y tras los señalamientos hechos por Shapiro y Boreing, Elon Musk reaccionó.

Hoy por la mañana el dueño de Twitter reposteó el tuit original hecho por The Daily Wire y escribió: "Todo padre debería de ver esto".

After the film was labeled as offensive content on Twitter, the controversy flared up again and after the accusations made by Shapiro and Boring, Elon Musk reacted.
