Why You Should Fire Nice People (It's not because they're nice)

Nice people make good employees when they do their work. But when they slack off and don't carry their load, they become a drain on your company. But if you keep them on, be prepared to keep on EVERY bad employee, because it's going to be tough to fire the mean non-performing employee if you don't fire the nice non-performing employee.
