Newt: I think that it is going to be hard, from my standpoint, to find a way to either shrink the Democrats aspirations or to convince Republicans to bail out blue states that have been unbelievably willing to throw money away for 40 years, have pension funds that are hopeless and would like the rest of us to pay for it.
