This is part 4 of my series on the truth about the public school system. This is taken from William Cooper from his radio show "The Hour Of The Time" [HOTT]. When he read this in the 1990's it hadn't come to pass yet but now that we have lived through the past 30 years of history since this information was put together we have watched it all come to pass. Its quite shocking to hear the parts about the service jobs and there will be more of this same information to come in parts 5 and 6.
