Silvia Molino joins us from Spain on the GCP! Silvia has dedicated almost an entire decade to unlocking the secrets behind polyphenols and how they are directly responsible for the regulation and biological processes that our bodies endure every minute of every day.

Soon to earn her PHD, Silvia conducts her research in coordination with The University of Granada. The work is intensive and in-depth. Essentially, Silvia has been able to show the world the how and why behind polyphenols.

From gut health, to brain health, to applications to specific diseases like dementia, her work is amazing.
