Chris Christie Running For President in 2024

Former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie will launch his campaign for the Republican presidential nomination at a town hall meeting in New Hampshire on June 8.
Christie, who lost to Donald Trump in the 2016 presidential primaries, has positioned himself as the only Republican candidate willing to directly challenge the former president.
Christie faces an uphill battle for the nomination in a party that remains closely aligned with Trump, despite the former president's re-election loss in 2020 and the Republican Party's poor showing in the 2022 midterm elections.
