Christianity is Not a Race

In this video, I speak about why Christianity is not a race. Paul himself mentions it being a race, but it would be more appropriate to call it a marathon. The reason for this is because being a Christian isn't something you do and then you are done. It is a lifelong commitment.

With this in mind, when we are a Christian we understand it is not easy. Being a Christian is something that is very difficult. When we run in this marathon of being a Christian, we are able to serve God and do His will. Being a Christian means we must put away our childish things and strive for seeking Him.
