The Delaware Family Policy Council is a gospel oriented organization devoted to upholding a value that we all share - namely, the protection of the family. Strong family units are the building blocks of a strong economy, education system, government, and society as a whole.

Delaware House Bill 140 (HB140) permits a terminally ill individual who is an adult resident of Delaware to request and self-administer medication to end that individual's life.
