Dimension Wellness

Is everyone well yet? If not, what are you waiting for? If so, get weller. Ha ha. There are only a few basic elements to wellness, that I could dig up. However they must be exercised diligently and regularly to be effective. This is why this feature is so, or seems so redundant and repetitive.
So once again we are walking, talking and practicing our wellness strategies.
And speaking of walking and talking. I'm walking the wellness talk although it's particularly difficult here in Philadelphia among a lot of uncouth, rude, suffering, frightened and ignorant, (not knowing) individuals. I've seen, heard and smelled stuff, (mostly weed & cigarettes) during my travels on public transit, and seen reckless & rude maneuvers on the highway. Anyone who criticizes large cities like Philadelphia as being lawless are absolutely correct. It's small stuff I see, but there's bigger stuff out there too that I've thus far not witnessed. Meanwhile people living up have called Florida "the worst state."
So it's a challenge maintaining my zen in this environment, but I still think about and work on it.
