After murdering and dismembering one of his victims and putting the remains in black garbage bags, Dahmer was on his way to dispose of the bags and was then pulled over by police. Police officer noticed the bags in the back of his car but believed Dahmer when he said it was just some normal garbage that he wanted to throw out.
