Suzy is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and owner of True Wellness Within where she works with women to get control of their lives and their health after divorce. Her clients achieve their goals by addressing both food and lifestyle choices.

The two most stressful events for many can be a divorce or the loss of a loved one. It is never easy and as Suzy explained as far as divorce goes, you haven’t failed - the marriage has only reached its expiration date. Divorce can be a calling card to have a do-over, re-launch yourself and live your best ever.

It’s not easy to get there, but it can be done! We have to consider our key lifestyle factors and find that balance to build our confidence to reach our goals. It’s often the internal chatter, whether we are in the fight or flight mode and how that affects our overall parasympathetic system. For many, it starts as baby steps and that’s certainly okay.

Building a healthy lifestyle “truly” comes from “within”. After her divorce, Suzy left her career in high tech marketing, re-educated, started her own business and is now living her best life ever!
