Two toddlers found wandering alone in apartment complex

Investigators said they located the mother around 8:20 a.m. It is unclear why the children were walking around in the night. Police have not provided additional details about what led up to officers finding them. "It breaks my heart because I have grandchildren. and anything can happen to them kids," said Nicole Smith, who lives in the complex.
