When trolling for salmon sometimes being in the water that extra minute is the difference between catching a Chinook or not. Having to deal with tangles is not something you wanna spend time doing.

In this video we demonstrate how to create your own flasher bumpers using 200 lb mono and krimps. By using the heavier line you will not tangle near as much if even at all. Also if you happen to snag up on the bottom odds are your flasher is going to be saved with the heavier mono.
