Wildfires, Lightning, and the Weaponization of Lightning Via Lasers

Like so many other weather weapons the US has, the powers that be, also have the capability to use lasers to weaponize lightning. The questions is, could that be a factor in many of the massive wildfires that has been going on more often the past decade or two, than many years back, and/or also fires that suddenly hit destroying food plants, farms and farm animals?
