YouTube is broken...

Youtube is broken... For months now, every time I post a video, the video is insta-limited on ads. I have to request a manual review of the video and by the time that gets done, the video has already gotten the views. The YouTube algorithm has serious problems, and I don't think the people at YouTube actually care.
