ULEZ is taking Ambulances OFF THE ROAD... The Sketch

I filmed a long video about the fact that ULEZ baliffs clamped and disabled an ambulance due to £800 of disputed ULEZ fines... It's a really good video where I interview the ambulance owner, but half way through editing it I was invited to the pub in the sunshine.
