My security camera view of a person running a stop sign at 40MPH, per the driver, and running off the road. He had fled on foot as, per him to the tow company, he has warrants and such. The second State Trooper car arrived and investigated the truck while the first was looking for the driver. The trooper sated some illegal substances were involved. The tag on the truck was registered to a different truck as well. The truck was impounded.
