The Trump camp was recently informed about an impending federal indictment over alleged mishandling of classified documents, raising concerns of bias from federal prosecutors. Amid Trump’s legal team’s allegations of witness tampering, the Justice Department declined to delay the charges, igniting suspicions of partisan motives. Tom Fitton, President of Judicial Watch, fervently defended Trump in a recent video, stating any prosecution would be a “wild abuse of power”.
