Vance Brown is co-founder/executive director at Exponential Impact and Executive Elder at Thrivers Leadership Institute.

Vance was co-founder/CEO of Cherwell Software, CEO of the National Cybersecurity Center and CEO of Goldmine Software.

Recognized as the Colorado Springs Entrepreneur of the Year (2013) and Business Citizen of the Year in Colorado Springs (2018), Vance was also named one of the "100 most intriguing entrepreneurs" by Goldman Sachs in 2017.

He is co-founder/Chairman of Foundation of the Heart (Bear Trap Ranch/Band of Brothers) and also co-founded The Classical Academy.

Vance is a graduate of Wake Forest and received his law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
