Rabbit Trail: Quebec Fires

The Universe was asked if there is a connection between the Quebec wildfires (that all started at the same time....DEW, anyone?) and the alt. media reporting that Canada has come under martial law after ceding their sovereignty to WHO via the Pandemic Treaty.
