A Company is Offering Refunds on an Overdue Preorder? It CAN T Be an RPG Publisher, Can it? Nope!

When I read that refunds were being given on pre-orders of Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2, for a brief moment I thought an RPG publisher was doing the "right thing". Instead, it's a CRPG publisher.
