Ayurveda the ancient Indian science of well being, helps us to be healthy by unifying mind, body and consciousness. Two important and central aspects, of of Ayurveda are ‘the powerful practice of Yoga' and ‘Meditation’.

Like all powerful things needs to be handled with understanding and respect to benefit from them. The failure to do so is resulting in many failing to benefit and some even experiencing problems. What could be the causes and solutions.
