An Efficient Attack on the First Amendment

Weak blue and purple jurisdictions will increasingly be employing a catch and release tactic to silence dissent. They will make an arrest to silence someone who is inconvenient to them at the moment and later drop the charges and release them, knowing they had no real case to begin with.
