PHEV's emit 3x the emissions they claim to... Plus BMW 330e Real World MPG.

In this video Geoff talks us through a new article featured in the Guardian that details how PHEV cars are in some cases 3x more harmful to the environment than the manufacturer complains... What a surprise, eh?! Then we're looking at BMW 330e claimed MPG vs Real World MPG vs Geoff's Mate's MPG and asking why company car users are pushed to PHEV instead of diesel when the PHEV uses almost twice as many litres of fuel over 30,000 miles.
