The Three Sacred Flames - Jerry Goldsmith (Twilight Zone: The Movie Overture)

"All the while, Link continued with his task of tempering the Goddess Sword in the Sacred Flames of the Golden Goddesses. Imbued with the immense, sacred power of the Force, the Goddess Sword was transformed into the Master Sword."

LATER DAYS: The Jerry Goldsmith Experience: Track Eleven

Song: Overture
Artist: Jerry Goldsmith
Album: Twilight Zone: The Movie OST
Quote: Hyrule Historia, Dark Horse Books, pg. 75
Mix: The Master Sword

THE MASTER SWORD is a Mix I made years ago, long before I ever imagined I would ever display it publically. That being so, I had to change the titles of some of the tracks so that the origin story of The Legend of Zelda would make sense. This is one of those tracks. So while the title may read "The Three Sacred Flames", this composition by Jerry Goldsmith comes from his fantastic score for Twilight Zone: The Movie. It contains three separate themes from the vignettes of that terrifying masterpiece, which is why I used it this way. I just wanted to clear up any confusion that may arise from the title.
