Would You Want Dr. Dre or DJ Quik To Produce Your Album?

According to DJ Quik, he merits the same recognition as Dr. Dre. Quik, 52, expressed his opinions on Twitter about his "big brother," saying openly that he "deserves to be where Dre is." The Quik is the Name DJ proceeded by assuring his supporters and followers that his string of tweets wasn't a "meltdown," rather it was him "expressing himself as neutrally as he could."

I realize it's early. But," he began his stream of Tweets, "I deserve to be where Dre is. Although I don't think it's fair, I can see why. It always hurt my buddies more than it ever hurt me, and I've never had a machine behind me.

“There is no reason for this to be on a podcast. Because there are people spinning everything to increase ratings. The reality is that I adore Dr. Dre, who I think of as a big brother that I never had. When people set us against one another, it hurts me.
The "Tonite" singer continued his run of tweets by giving advice to aspiring young musicians. He went on to say that he would never enjoy the proper fame and flowers, but claimed that it was good because he had helped other musicians become household names.

Throughout their illustrious careers, Quik and Dre have frequently crossed paths. During Suge Knight's rule over Death Row in the 1990s, both of the renowned producers found themselves there. They worked together on Quik's "Put It On Me," which appeared on the Training Day and Under Tha Influence soundtracks in 2002.
