Biden did not graduate at the top half of his law school class, nor does he have three degrees from college. He has only one bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware.

Law school: Biden graduated from Syracuse University College of Law in 1968. His class ranking was not published, but he graduated 76th out of 85 students. In 1987, Biden admitted that he had exaggerated his academic record, saying that he had "misspoke" when he claimed to have graduated in the top half of his class.

College: Biden graduated from the University of Delaware with a bachelor's degree in history and political science in 1965. He was not named outstanding political science student.

Biden has also claimed to have three degrees from college. This is not true. He has only one bachelor's degree, from the University of Delaware. He has also taken some graduate courses at Syracuse University, but he did not earn a graduate degree.
