Learn how to create the popular "Freeze Frame" music video effect in Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2020 in this quick video editing tutorial! I use Premiere Pro and Photoshop for this effect but you can use any software you want (just find similar tools). This effect requires you to do a lot of masking and cutting out so make sure you know how to do that before this tutorial.
