No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars
Vegetable oil cooking spray
9 oz (2 cups) chocolate wafer cookies or chocolate graham crackers
1 – 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
1 – 1/4 cups confectioner’s sugar (You can use a sugar free version)
1/4 tsp salt
5 oz unsalted butter or vegan butter. If the vegan butter is salted, cut the amount of the salt in half.
1 cup chunky peanut butter
3/4 cup plus 3 tbsp smooth peanut butter
10 oz semisweet chocolate, melted
1 – 1/2 oz white chocolate, melted
