Molteno water crisis

Residents of Molteno, Eastern Cape, have been experiencing a water crisis for several years. They say that the water trucks do not always fill the tanks and that when they do, people are hesitant to consume the water because it is unsafe. Some Molteno townships get water from a communal tap in a cemetery.
