Peter speaks at the Tucson CC Meeting on June 6, 2023

Four new faces spoke at the Tucson CC meeting on Tuesday to comment on the unlawful deployment of 5G cell towers in Tucson and maladministration by our city and mayor by not taking actions to protect the People from harm to safety, privacy, and property.

Here, Peter recommends the city include $8500 in their $2.2 Billion budget for FY24 to retain renowned telecom attorney Andrew Campanelli to write a PROTECTIVE telecom ordinance for Tucson that respects the rights and will of Tucson residents.

So far, the city remains silent with no indication or interest in abiding by their constitutional requirements and applicable laws to protect the people and finally comply with local, state and federal laws as demanded in the 1500 Notices and 520 Affidavits already served.
