A Cyberbully Is Going After Me After Me Fighting Back

A cyberbully I had to deal with with his online buddies decide to attack me on my new Twitter account, and made a false claim that "I'm" the one who leaked peoples' information. Notw that he's the one who's been doing it for years wot his online cyberbullying buddies including some minors, and try and raid their victims' Discord several and harass them on Twitter.
I have a right to know where they are in case the law has to get involved if they try and harm me in person.
