Former MI State Senator Patrick Colbeck is appealing Canton Township, MI decision to deny his FOIA request featuring Firewall Settings and Installed Program Listings. Previous FOIA request in August 2022 resulted in discovery that ALL firewall ports on the server were open and non-certified MS SQL Server Management Studio software capable of modifying election results without detection had been installed. April 2023 FOIA request was submitted to determine if these security vulnerabilities had been addressed by Canton Township Clerk Mike Siegrist.
