The Cyberbullies Can Say And Do This But I Can't?

The cyberbullies have been leaking their victim's private information, and YouTube did nothing about it, but when I looked up theirs and talked about it, and Alex/Alicia tried to do a report on me for knowing about where he is, youTube actually talked his side? This is a bad decision on YouTube LLC's part. When they do it on Twitter, Twitter actually does something about it and locks their accounts for a period of time, but YouTube can't? Looks like YouTUbe needs to do better when dealing with cyberbullies preying on victims.
