Karen keeps calling the cops, and instead of educating her, they keep harassing this little old lady

so this nice lady Renee reached out to me inquiring how the foia process works because her neighbors keep complaining, and she doesn't know who it is. she has a learning disability and doesn't need this bs from these thugs. she did an awesome job in my eyes, standing her ground and sticking up for herself. if anyone wants to redress their government, all info will be below. I don't see why they continuously harass her instead of just telling the Karen's that she isn't doing anything wrong.
