It's fresh this morning, like these blueberry protein bars.
I had a handful of blueberries and some Skir left over in the fridge and whipped up these pills in a hurry.
Products for about 5-6 balls
✔️a handful of blueberries
✔️ 1-2 tbsp. Skir
✔️ 1 tbsp. hazelnut tahini
✔️ 1/2 dose of chocolate protein
For the frosting:
✔️ about 100 g of chocolate drops (mine are sugar-free)
✔️ 1/2 tsp. coconut oil
👉 Everything is mixed with a spoon, balls are formed, placed on baking paper. They go back to the freezer to firm up.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath together with the coconut oil. The balls are dipped in it and put back in the fridge. That's it. It's good to keep them in the fridge because they melt quickly. :) If they stay at all, it's because they ate themselves at home in one go.
