Hunt: Showdown's Contraband System SUCKS! Let's Fix It!

Hunt's contraband system truly disappoints me, and I want to add more depth to it. Within this video are two whole ideas I've fleshed out to rework the system and improve it. Let me know in the comments how you feel, if you'd slap my ideas right into the game, if you'd tweak them, or if you have your own great ideas!
