Peace With God

Through Jesus Christ, you now have peace with God. What kind of peace do you now have with God? This peace is not the peace of comfort or a peace of tranquility. Originally, you were born as a child of disobedience. You were condemned and under the wrath of God. You were at war with God. You sought to be carnally minded, rather than spiritually minded. You were at odds with God. And the only way to reconcile you with the LORD is through Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is your mediator – your go between – And He reconciled you with God. Therefore, you are no longer at war with the LORD, but you are now at peace with God.
