What is a "declaration of sovereignty?"

It's the speaking aloud of an existing truth:

I already AM sovereign.

You can be, too, provided that you are willing to fulfill the requirements.

What are those requirements?

I'll give you a hint: you don't need to file any paperwork, nor seek the recognition of any man-made "authority."

All you have to do is to agree to the 3 tenets of objective morality:

1) Acceptance of responsibility for all of one's actions and their consequences.
2) Refrain from initiating aggression and violence against others.
3) Defend oneself against the violence of others.
