Pokemon Scarlet and Violet - Alfornada Level Skip (instructional)

How to perform the level skip and pass the two hour cave to Alfornada to avoid save bugs

Requirements:

1. I'd recommend Pokemon Lv. 52 or more at least so you can do this skip, get the Pokemon Center, do the Gym Test, and beat Tulip before flying out
2. You MUST beat all the Titans, including the False Dragon Titan.
3. I'd highly recommend beating the Fairy Team Star base for levels (Fighting optional) and all the other gyms (including the ice gym) before this.
