This is VERY Disturbing!

I recently encountered a news clip from several months ago that is very disturbing. This was my first encounter with this story, so perhaps you were unaware of it as well.

In my opinion, this is a sign of the times in which we live - times of extreme indifference to the value of human life. We ignore this sign to our own detriment.
