So now Mr. Slick from Sac thinks he has a popular mandate to use Article V to take away 2nd Amendment gun rights... Yes, although doubtful it could happen, California would have Article V to use constitutionally to collect 34 states in support of this idea to hold a convention to propose this amendment.

Considering about half of the state legislatures allow open carry in their Captials, only 13 states are needed to stop Gov Nuisance Far Left change to the U.S. Constitution. As is... it's not happening.!!
