Sharing Your Changes With Your Ex

Many of you understand that after a breakup, it's best that you immediately begin working on yourself & build up your value, whether you want to get your ex back or not. However, after these changes are made, some of you ask me if it's okay to reach out to your ex & share your new changes with your ex.
